Next Wednesday evening I’m holding a Zoom gathering for paying members. We did this last month and it was joyful, so it’s the same process but this time we’re focussing on how we can make friends with our bodies at a point when it feels like the entire world is telling us we should hate them.

I’ll be mixing meditation, visualisation and a lot of humour to help you develop a friendlier relationship with your body. This is particularly useful if you’ve got a big decision to make at the moment and you don’t know which way to turn - your body always knows!
