I have regular SAD 😂 but I LOVE September and October. It's the best of every world and I never have more motivation than I do in Autumn. But on Sunday the clocks go back and after that I'm screwed 😂
As a fellow winter girly, I hard relate to this. My theory on whether one is a summer/warmer v winter/colder person is when you're born... you being a fellow January baby is yet another data point supporting my hypothesis.
